Magic erasers are amazing. They should not be used on some things, but for their actual uses, there’s nothing that cleans like them. One would think that adding Dawn to them would be the next level, right?Right. For a few minutes until the soap runs out and you’re just left with a regular eraser. They still clean well, but for the extra cost, it’s just not a good use of money, and you’ll end up reaching for a bottle of Dawn anyway.They do clean incredibly effectively, and they do foam up nicely when you first start using them. I was genuinely amazed at first, but the eraser lasts way longer than the soap does, which is just disappointing.Look, they work well, and underneath the fancy clothes, they’re the same magic erasers you know and love. It’s just that it’s so much more effective to just get regular erasers and a bottle of soap.

I love mr clean sponges and dawn but had never thought to use them together but boy does it work out. I can clean anything with these form my glass stove top to my bathtub its all clean and shiny. I have even used it on the greasy cabinets around my stove and it worked so well. The sponge holds up great and its so easy to use. Great value for how many you get in each box as well.

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Sponges come in so handy for so many uses…wonderful invention.I suppose it was only natural that they would get creative with them, this is one example.These sponges have all the goodness of a regular MC Magic Eraser, no worries there. They have simply added two spots where Dawn has been “infused/injected” into the sponge.New, these generate a lot of foam when wet and the grease cutting abilities of Dawn help in their cleaning ability, no issues there. The Dawn, however, runs out a long time before the sponge wears out and your are left with a conventional Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Sponge.I don’t think there is a way to get enough Dawn into the sponge to last its lifetime, it just strikes me as an odd choice and then to charge a premium for it.

This works well at cleaning. It is easier to use when it has the cleaner inside the sponge and has a nice smell.
