We have been using several Blueland goods for the last couple of years as part of our focus upon and shift to low-tox and natural products. We love these tablets for our dishwasher. We use our applicance just about every night, and our dishes come out clean and residue-free. We do have a reverse osmosis/soft water system in our home since we are in the countryside of VA, but it works great, and we feel good using a product that is chemical and toxin-free for our family. A 60-count pack gets us through 2 months or so, no problem, and we have these on a re-order whenever we need them. If you are on the fence and looking for a plastic-free dishwash tablet option or alternative, give these a try. You won’t regret it!

So far these are working great! We have only used two of them, but I can’t see anything changing. I love that when I open the dishwasher door after it has ran and I don’t smell soap and chemicals. Some folks were complaining about a white residue left behind, but we haven’t experienced that. You have to make sure that the filter is cleaned out every so often. Mine had plastic in it from the old pods, not an issue anymore! Wonderful!

While my dishes do come out clean, the tablet leaves a grainy, dried sand-like residue at the bottom of my drinking glasses and I notice it on the dishwasher door as well. Sometimes I hear the tablet pop out and stop the cycle to put it back in the dispenser before the water jets start.I had someone over who asked me what I use in my dishwasher because my glasses come out so clean and clear compared to hers.So they definitely clean your dishes, I just wish it didn’t leave a residue that creates an extra step in washing some dishes and glasses a second time at the sink. But that’s a “first-world problem” honestly.

I’ve been using this stuff for over a year now, it works perfectly well and it’s wonderful to not have to deal with big plastic buckets that pollute the planet. Not to mention a lot easier! I wish everybody would just drop all the heavy garbage that they have to carry around and do this instead

Work well. Better than a couple other natural brands I’ve tried. And Amazon is so far the cheapest option I’ve found (if buying the larger pack). I also love not wasting big plastic bins. I personally just buy more for the clean ingredients than sustainability, but no plastic is a plus!

I find the product to be adequate. It does a reasonable job, but not as good as finish or cascade. I have a Bosch dishwasher that is very good and I do not have to scrape or pre-wash baked in grease on a glass baking dish. Sometimes there would be residue left on ceramic bowls as well. Most of the dishes are appropriately cleaned. There is also some detergent residue. Overall, I am satisfied.I bought the product to reduce chemicals/plastics.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Better for you and still does the job. You also don’t get that chemical blast when you open after a wash. Very occasionally I get some food that didnt come off but a small trade off for keeping chemicals off your dishes.

Add the rest of lemon after squishing the juice a 1 tab and you’ll get your perfectly cleaned dishes.

Terrible ineffective product
Really wanted to move to these more eco friendly dishwasher tablets but they’re terrible. They leave residue inside glasses, mugs and bowls. Tried them on different settings and also 2 tablets at a time but same results. Poor product.
