City Hall –
As I see others have mentioned, my case came in with the lid off of one bottle and the contents 95% gone. One unfortunate side effect, since it went to the Post Office before coming to our office, the Post Office personnel also had to deal with a sticky mess and it was all over several other packages. I don’t want to return the soap as I like the soap, but think the manufacture should replace the empty bottle and definite needs to do something about sealing the bottles better or packaging them better.

Did away with my cartridge refill auto soap dispenser, this is a much teller option than paying $25 per cartridge. Nice smell and doesn’t irritate skin.

As others have reported, the cap was off one jug, and loose on the other three. Luckily, only a small amount had spilled. Were the caps never tightened?? Have purchased gallon sized refills, online, before and never had this problem. Product still gets five stars.

I love the smell of this soap and am hoping to switch to this long term to reduce waste in our business. I just opened the box so we haven’t used any yet but as of now my only complaint is that a bottle leaked quite a bit. Maybe they could be packaged better and labeled this side up to help prevent this.

I have to wash my hands multiple times a day – many times well more than 20 – of grease, oils, carbon dust, etc., and the grime is gone every time without my hands becoming a wasteland.

Caps are not sealed. Will leak everywhere. Half the soap leaked out of bottle into the box.
